Strike

1. Prohibited Activities

By using Strike, you agree not to:

• Use the bot for illegal activities, harassment, or hate speech
• Spam commands, exploit bugs, or bypass rate limits
• Use NSFW commands in non-NSFW channels
• Impersonate the bot, its staff, or other users
• Automate usage via selfbots or unauthorized scripts
• Disrupt the bot's functionality (e.g., DDoS attacks)

2. Server Blacklisting

Strike reserves the right to blacklist servers that:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service
• Engage in abusive behavior using the bot
• Attempt to exploit the bot's systems

Blacklisted servers will:

• Lose access to all bot features immediately
• Be forcibly removed from the bot's database
• Require manual appeal via our Support Server

3. AI System Usage

When using Strike's AI features (!respond command):

• You acknowledge responses may contain uncensored language
• You are responsible for configuring appropriate modes
• NSFW servers must enable age-restricted channels

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Warnings for minor offenses
• Temporary or permanent bans
• Reporting to Discord Trust & Safety
• Legal action for severe violations

5. Changes to This Policy
