1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting Strike ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using any services provided by the Bot, you agree to follow the following Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Bot.
2. Description of Service
Strike is a moderation bot for Discord that provides automated moderation tools including but not limited to:
- Message filtering and deletion (WIP)
- User warnings and mutes
- Ban management
- Anti-spam features
- Custom moderation configurations
- Ticketing

3. Proper Use
You agree to use the Bot only for its intended purposes within Discord servers you have permission to moderate. Prohibited uses include:
- Using the Bot to harass or discriminate against individuals
- Attempting to bypass or disrupt the Bot's functionality
- Using the Bot in violation of Discord's Terms of Service
- Employing the Bot for illegal activities
4. Data Collection and Privacy
The Bot may collect and store the following data:
- Server IDs and configuration settings
- User IDs involved in moderation actions
- Timestamps of moderation actions
- Content of messages that trigger automated moderation
This data is used solely for the operation of the Bot's features and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developers are not liable for:
- Any damages caused by the use or inability to use the Bot
- Data loss or corruption
- Actions taken by the Bot based on its configuration
- Service interruptions or downtime
6. AI Generation
Strike uses AI generation to provide responses based on user input with the !respond prefix command. If you have the setting to "sarcastic" or "insulting," please remember that the information may contain or be:
- Untrue
- Insulting
- Swear words
- Profanity
- Content not for unmature ages
If you use our AI chatbot system and set the mode to the ones provided above, you're liable for interpreting the truth over lies. You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use this section of our application as well as these terms. Otherwise, if you are sensitive to strong language or sarcasm, do not interact with this system - it does not censor language or attitude.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Termination
We may blacklist access to the Bot for any server or user that violates these Terms or engages in harmful activities unintended by the creator.
